Apparently when you move into a new home, it’s good luck to see the chimney brush poking out above the chimney. When Rod found out we had just moved in, he took the time to push the brush way above the chimney so I see it from the ground and make a wish. Now that’s what I call great personal customer service. Oh and he also did a very clean and efficient job!
